Avoid the falling dice, collect enough pills to keep you from going into shock but watch you do not overdose on them. There is a surprise in the Death dice, sometimes good other times bad. Be prepared when you see Death dice failing down on the ground.
Keep an eye on the Shock Gage. It should be on the middle or else...
