Use your Mouse to Move and Interact with the Environment. Use WASD keys - in Fight Mode Use your Mouse to Aim and Shoot with Weapons.
How does she stealth with that get up on? She has no support, her boobs should be flopping up and down and upsetting her balance. Plus, that big patch of skin between her boobs? That's called her center of mass, you know, where people like cops/soldiers/anyone with a gun aim for.
