Today I was checking the walkthroughs and checked my OWN walkthroughs...then I was bored so i randomly clicked the thumbs up button...then it just gave me a +1...I noticed I gotten 2 exp though.I can make a video of the bug if you guys want to...

Not a bug. Just like comments, you get exp for receiving a thumbs up.

if that is true, then wouldnt a noob be able to give him/herself 100+ thumps ups and get 200+ exp?

if there is no limit on this, then even if it isnt a bug, it needs to be looked at.

He's saying he can give himself a thumbs up, not that he can do it over and over again.

well yea, but if he can get exp from giving himself a thumps up, then wouldnt he be able to do it over and over again to gain an infinite amount of exp?

even if you cant do that, he could simply give himself a thumps up on all of his walkthroughs.

You can only give yourself a thumb up once. I guess its more incentive to create walkthroughs ;)
