great question ... definetly not the movement but for battles sounds good.

im thinking it would not bring you to a new screen to battle instead you always have your abilities on the bottom and when you atack you can hit once then the enemy(s)then you. when your attacking all enemys around you move once per a turn.and all the enemys would do their turn at once.

No...turn based is too bad.Maybe a hand-control for block,attack and evade.

i think it should be a movment like castaway1 and 2

I mean that the character can be controled to block,evade and attack the enemy.
Example:I press A.My character attack.I press A two times.My character does a combo.
Example2:I press S.My character jump to the side and evade the enemy attack.
Example3:I press D.My character blocks the enemy attack with his shield.

but evade and block dont work some times...like depending on the shield and armor block and evade rating

ya but more like turn based on the battles and you select what you want to do like abilty,attack,item,block,or evade or mabe combo.like pokemon .block and evade will always take away damage but how much depends on shield and agility.and attack and ability depend on strength and magic.combos could be cool like at level 20 speed you could do two atacks in a turn but both attacks damage GREATLY decreases.
