Hello folks!

Leaving the leather based armours behind, we now move onto a rather odd category: wood. Although one may think such a material is best for making rudimentary weapons and furniture, you'd be surprised at how useful it is as an armour resource ;]

This set indeed looks cool, but wouldn't it be more fitting with the hair actually covering the back part?

Just wondering, otherwise great work!

Kwikz: I believe that would be a problem, because there are different kinds of hair and the game is not 3D... it would be kind of hard to do, I think

No it wouldn't ...

The hair is a tile, and I assume the back part of that armour is a tile as well. All Decker would have to do is to place the layer of the hair above the layer of that armour.

If you've worked with Gimp / Photoshop / Flash already, you know you can do there AMAZING things simply by adjusting and rearranging the layers you already have.

2D is just as versatile as 3D, if not even more - you can create new styles for hair, armour etc. within minutes, and they'll always fit in perfectly!

(don't quote me on that, though :P )

Must ... defend ... 2D!

It is very easy to get the hair covering the backpack ;] The main issue is that some back accessories look better on top of the head/hair layer while others make more sense being behind the hair. Since we have 1 category for the back accessories, and for the sake of efficiency in flash, we decided to pick the former, for the time being. Really glad that you guys are paying attention though ;}
