as the title of this topic states, i am currently having a problem with adobe flash player, i have tried most of the ways to fix the problem, which is: uninstalling the program completely and reinstalling it, the problem continued.
a few days later i completely uninstalled the program again, along with other programs that is also required to run web applications, such as adobe reader, adobe shock player, java, even microsoft silverlight, after all of that, i reinstalled the programs completely, after reinstalling i used advanced system care to clear up some space or fix up some new issues, such as registry errors, or fragmented files, after all of that i scanned my computer for a virus, mostly cause i didnt do so in a while, loaded up my browser again and the problem continues, i tried to play the same game in a different browser but the problem still continued.
my main browser is currently firefox, my secondary browser is google chrome, most games that requires flash player to run, either doesnt load, or the animations within the game repeats after finishing, such as the animation for a site, like floating swords hitting eachother for armorgames, and so on, these animations repeat after finishing, and its not only website advertisement animations, its also some in-game animations, im also having some problems with certain videos on youtube, where the video runs fine, everything runs smoothly except the picture, the picture of the video(s) is just a blank green screen, meaning that i see a blank green screen in the video and nothing else, but i am able to hear the sounds the video has.
all my security add ons on my firefox is allowing sites in which i often use full access and no restrictions, and i am only able to play certain games, such as elements or tyrant...
also, whenever i right-click on a game, and select settings for the flash player settings which allows me to set things such as how much information a game is able to put on my computer, it freezes, where nothing works, however everything else that isnt related to adobe flash player works fine, i have tried most ways to try and fix this problem and everyone of them failed... any help please?

First of all PixelKiller to make your text to be more readable you need to use empty rows sometimes, but not at random sentences but when they are needed. Example: Introduce your problem. Tell us what did you think causing it. Tell us what action did you take. Ask for help at last.
Once your topic is better organized it will be more easier for us to read it And hopefully to help you if we can somehow.
Now for your problem, can you specify some of these things: - what OS your PC operates on, - what browser you currently use? - when and how it happen for the games/animations to not work for your browser, - most important: do you have any other adobe software intsalled on your PC (Adobe CS flash or similar..)
And if there is somekind of note/error it would be much helpful for finding the solution.
Firstly I would re-install the browser (since flash player is installed for every browser differently - well on Windows OS I think). Second: check out any addons that are somehow connected with video/swf files (downloaders,etc..)
Third, well I would google out to find something and if I couldn't solve it I would re-install my PC.
p.s. while you mention blank green screen with sound... I hope I'm wrong, but is it possible for your graphic cards to be messed up? Everything else (except for flash) works ok? Desktop, other PC games...?

- what OS your PC operates on? Windows vista.
- what browser you currently use? if you read what i put, you should already know the answer...
- when and how it happen for the games/animations to not work for your browser? when: whenever i load up the games something screws up, and prevents me from playing the game. how: i have no idea how it occurs, all i simply do is load up a game, and the game wont load properly.
- most important: do you have any other adobe software intsalled on your PC (Adobe CS flash or similar..) if you read what i put, you should already know the answer...
none of my add-ons/plugins are interfering with adobe flash player.
i completely reinstalled my browsers and the problem is still there.
anything not related to adobe flash player, runs as expected, everything loads fine, everything runs fine, but anything related to adobe flash player somehow screws up and doesnt load properly.
all my add-ons are up to date, all important plugins are up to date.
no programs running in the background are interfering with adobe flash player.

Heya PixleKiller, good thing that you re-edit your topic now is looking better
I've searched a little bit and it seems that others have this flash player problem with vista also.... I found this that might be helpful for you
Code:
For Vista (32 bit):
1. Open Computer. 2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\. 3. Scroll down and open the Macromed directory. 4. Open the Flash directory. 5. Right-click FlashUtil9b. 6. Select Run as Administrator. 7. When the UAC prompt appears, select Continue. 8. Follow the Flash Player installation wizard.
For Vista (64 bit):
1. Open Computer. 2. Navigate to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\. 3. Scroll down and open the Macromed directory. 4. Open the Flash directory. 5. Right-click FlashUtil9b. 6. Select Run as Administrator. 7. When the UAC prompt appears, select Continue. 8. Follow the Flash Player installation wizard.
Once installed restart your PC and probably the flash player should work
Other solution that might works is:
Code:
If you are running Windows Vista, and you update to Flash Player 10??? You need to download, unzip, open, and run THIS Debugger exe file from the Flash Player website.

my OP is windows vista 32-bit
i tried the first step, in which i went to computer > windows > system32 > macromed > flash.
however when i got to the folder finally, i did not see anything that had the name of: FlashUtil9b
so, i went to the next step, downloading the debugger, after successfully installing it, i tried to load up a game that wouldnt run, same thing, i restarted the browser, and loaded up the same game, the same problem was still there, i then restarted my computer, and the same thing still occured, the game in which im trying to play is indestructible tank 3, but once it gets to the main menu, all of the buttons just has 2 words: replay intro, and none of the buttons respond whenever i click on it, and i dont even have to try other games, since if this game wont work, then the other games wont work..
also, the closest name i found to the file name of: FlashUtil9b was
FlashUtil10u_activeX.DLL
FlashUtil10u_activeX.exe
FlashUtil10u_plugin.exe
no, i havent tried another new browser I.E. opera, saferi etc. i already got 3 browsers on this computer, which is Internet Explorer, FireFox, and Google Chrome, and the other browsers arent compatible with some websites, based on what i hear.
