Jackal, maybe I'm mistaken about this, but maybe this condition of yours is made by yourself? Not on purpose of course.. The human mind is the most complex thing that noone can fully understand.
And good thing for finding out the source of good/bad things is to question yourself..
When did it first happen?
Did you regret about something in life?
Do you feel guilty about something..? And similar questions, that you aren't obligated to answer them if you like.

Btw Jackal, if you dont mind, I would like to know what are you working, what are you doing in yuour free time and most important, if you had one day fully charts/duties/work free, what you would to fully relax?

I don't think Sokki is able to solve your problem, but maybe answering his questions will help. Even though spreading information about real life on the internet ain't a good idea, there's a possibility talking to some people about familiar things is something that you need and that will help your cause.

Dear Jackal, if you have a social life, work and go oustside plenty, I don't see what's wrong with you. You have nightmares, which some people happen to have frequently, and you had suicidal thoughts that you didn't actually consider, which happens to everyone at least once in a lifetime. Please explain what is the actual problem, and please do not get offended by our advices. We are people from the internet, not freaking specialists.

ive come to the people of the internet because the specialists couldnt do anything. the real problem is the blacks outs , they keep getting longer and longer and i dont know what happens during them. but perhaps what some of you are saying that maybe this isnt insanity but something else is true. i wonder what it could be then.
